Now I’m at my current job. Technically I’m working through a temp agency so to talk about benefits at this time would be pointless.
I like the company I’m contracted to but some of the guidelines are a little peculiar. For example, they want us to be here before our start time to get set up so we can be on the phones exactly at our start time and not one minute later.
We can’t get up and go to the bathroom or get a soda whenever we want unless on a break. Personally, I need that kind of structure to keep me focused but it just makes me think of how little recourse workers have these days especially in the state of North Carolina. See, I told you I was going to get to that.
